Musician:
Shane Lassiter AKA Shino Smoke is an Oakland based MC and Hip-Hop Artist that migrated from Sacramento, Ca. to Oakland in 2016. Since his arrival he has been immersed in the Oakland artists community that has led to various artistic projects focused on creating safe creative spaces for anyone involved. These projects include but are not limited to hosting and being the on camera talent for the "Saturday Nights In America: Oakland" 360 Virtual Reality documentary that focuses on an artists showcase at a local gallery in efforts to invite locals back to the space after a deadly shooting had taken place a few months before. He also hosted the BAOBOB (Bay Area Organization of Black Owned Businesses) Relaunch event (2018), and several open mic's and mixers as the Community Manager at Oakstop Gallery, Co-Working and Creative Space. |

Ina Adele Ray (aka Adele) is a Vietnamese and American (Scotch-Irish origins) filmmaker that migrated from Brooklyn, NY to Oakland, CA back in 2011. She has worked in film and video production in both the commercial and non-profit worlds as mainly an editor and producer for over 18 years to support her passion for filmmaking. Her directorial work focuses on personal story-driven documentary. She has explored mixed-race identity, Asian America, and experimental narrative on film and video. She is currently developing a personal documentary called, “From Descendant to Ancestors” that explores healing transgenerational trauma from war and violence in her family lineage. |
Adele has presented a paper workshop, "Ethnography and VR", with Director of Design Research from Amazon Music, Karl Mendonca, at the 2017 EPIC Conference in Montreal, Canada and will be sharing The Red Room Project in the gallery of the 2018 Epic Conference in Honolulu, HI in October.

Noam Eshel is an independent filmmaker, producer and cinematographer. He specializes in non-fiction visual storytelling and has created short form multimedia pieces for major brands and media outlets in the U.S and around the world. He has shot, produced and directed documentaries that were screened at international film festivals. Noam was born in Israel, grew up in Uruguay and lived in Spain before moving to Oakland in 2012. He's currently working on a series of VR projects that focus on youth immigrants and their |
journey to the U.S. Using his character-driven filmmaking approach he's able to create truly engaging videos that tell a unique story, always with a human touch.

Khamall Jahi is a community organizer and event producer from Columbus, Ohio. Khamall is an agent of change who uses creativity to bring people together around art and activism in their community. He has done this most recently with cinema through a film series he ran 2015-2018 entitled Blackbuster which focused on showcasing the unadulterated black imagination. This endeavor served as his catalyst into the film world as a producer and he hasn't looked back since.
